About Letitia
Letitia DeLette has conducted more than 31 years of formulation work in research and development, marketing and sales of personal care products. Her background includes development chemist of consumer retail products and mass-market professional items at finished goods manufacturers including L'Oréal USA, Soft Sheen Carson, Summit Labs and Coca-Cola. Working with industry leaders, she learned to formulate personal care, skin care and fine fragrances. Being a repeat entrepreneur, after a successful 13 years as a licensed general contractor it was only fitting to focus fully on her other passion- health and wellness in personal care. Most recently, with Pivotal Custom Letitia sets to broaden the landscape customized formulations for individuals and others to create many commercially successful product lines. It is only fitting that she has chosen to create a platform to advise customers directly via her Pivotal Customs consulting company, Pivotal Products LLC, founded in 2015. She will only take the title of managing director because God is the owner of Pivotal Products LLC.
